Meet Coach Ioana Birleanu

Hi, I'm Ioana.

Hi, I am Ioana! After living in several countries in Europe, I chose to make Canada my home, and I could not be happier to live and play in Vancouver, BC, on the traditional territories of three Local First Nations: the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh.

As a sales and business professional with 16+ years of experience, I have an unwavering passion for people and a deep focus on personal and professional growth. I spent more than 12 years in the corporate environment with one of the largest tech companies in the world, where I managed multicultural sales territories, and built and led highly diverse and successful sales teams. My time spent there was a lot of fun and full of beautiful people and learning.

Currently, my focus is on a holistic business coaching and consulting approach, focused on helping entrepreneurs and business owners refine their sales processes and reach new performance heights. As a female LGBT immigrant to Canada (and now a very grateful Canadian myself), I am a firm believer in the true economic impact and growth that SMBs can bring to the Canadian economy. I sincerely believe that, through a true authentic and performance based sales process, businesses can thrive and multiply their positive impact 

Our coaching approach aims to help entrepreneurs and SMB owners find their authentic sales strategies and processes that can help them grow and thrive. We believe that our business and economic environment can truly thrive if we focus efforts on growing businesses that can make a real difference.
